About the Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be a critical support partner to our recruiting team and a key driver of smooth, efficient search execution. This role is fast‑paced, detail‑oriented, and highly collaborative and ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting and wants hands‑on exposure to executive search and private equity recruiting.
This position offers meaningful responsibility from day one, with clear opportunities to grow and take on more ownership over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
- Shadow recruiter‑led candidate interviews to learn our process
- Maintain and update candidate records in our ATS (RecruiterFlow)
- Apply tags and update notes and custom fields for candidate tracking
- Assist with writing and sending outbound recruiting campaigns
- Screen applicants for alignment with open roles
- Support recruiters with candidate research and prep
- Post job descriptions and assist with marketing roles across platforms
- Ensure data is entered and maintained accurately in our database
- Jump in and assist with special projects as needed
