Recruiting Coordinator$29/hr Johnston, RI Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pmJoin our Talent Acquisition team in a critical role as a Recruiting and Compliance Coordinator supporting employment-based green card sponsorship through the PERM labor certification process. This position executes highly regulated recruiting, administrative, and compliance activities that require accuracy, documentation discipline, and strict adherence to timelines, internal controls, and Department of Labor requirements. In this role, you will manage PERM related recruiting activities including applicant tracking, interview coordination, and compliance documentation.

You will partner closely with recruiters, candidates, Legal, and external immigration counsel to ensure all recruiting actions are completed consistently, timely, and in full alignment with regulatory and audit standards. This role provides a strong foundation for growth within Talent Acquisition, operations, or compliance functions. It is well suited for individuals who value structure, accountability, and risk awareness and who are motivated to develop expertise in a highly regulated and impactful area of recruiting.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage applicant pipelines during the PERM recruitment windowReview prescreening responses to document lawful rejection reasons and identify interview candidatesCoordinate and schedule interviews using the interview scheduling toolMonitor candidate actions to ensure progress aligns with required PERM timelinesMaintain accurate and timely records in the applicant tracking system and immigration case management toolsServe as a point of contact for recruiters and hiring managers on PERM timelines, required recruiting steps, and handoffs to Legal and external counselDeliver a consistent and compliant candidate and employee experience throughout the PERM recruitment lifecycleDemonstrate a strong risk and compliance mindset by identifying and escalating issuesComplete additional administrative and compliance related tasks supporting recruiting operationsAdhere to Citizens policies, regulatory requirements, and confidentiality standards while maintaining professionalism and discretionQualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent3 to 5 years of experience in administrative, operations, or recruiting roles within a regulated, compliance driven, or audit sensitive environment, or equivalent higher education and experience1 to 2 years of experience supporting risk management, audit, or compliance processesProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workflows, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlinesDemonstrated documentation discipline and experience maintaining audit ready recordsAbility to identify, escalate, and resolve compliance or process risksAbility to navigate change while consistently executing within defined regulatory requirements and proceduresPreferred QualificationsAssociate or Bachelor's degreeExperience supporting employment-based immigration processes, regulated recruiting, HR operations, or compliance functionsExperience working in applicant tracking systems
