Job TitleRoles & ResponsibilitiesPrimary duties include but are not limited to the following:Attract, engage, and evaluate candidates for owner-operator, driver, and terminal opportunitiesServe as an initial point of contact and deliver a professional, responsive candidate experienceMaintain consistent follow-up to keep candidates engaged throughout the recruiting and onboarding processSupport onboarding coordination to help ensure smooth transitions from candidate to active driverDriver Retention & EngagementSupport driver retention initiatives by maintaining regular communication with drivers and owner-operatorsPartner with operations, safety, and terminal teams to help address driver questions or concernsAssist with tracking driver feedback, trends, and common issues impacting retentionSupport outreach related to anniversaries, check-ins, reactivation efforts, and other initiativesHelp reinforce company culture, expectations, and values through messaging and follow-throughSystems, Reporting & ProcessMaintain accurate and up-to-date information within the recruiting CRM and related systemsTrack recruiting and retention activity, supporting reporting on pipeline, onboarding, and retention metricsFollow established workflows and contribute to process documentation and consistencyCoordinate with the marketing team to support recruiting and retention campaignsQualifications/ExperienceMinimum 1-year experience in a recruiting role preferred.Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA rules and regulations, driver qualifications, and CSA.Familiar with basic DOT driver hiring requirements and compliance.Professional written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.Working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Teams.Proven ability to develop strong working relationships.High degree of professional integrity.QualificationsExperienceRequired: 1 year in a recruiting roleEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
