Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist (Spanish & English)

Job TitleRecruiting and Onboarding SpecialistRecruiting and Onboarding Specialist responsible for managing full cycle recruitment which includes posting jobs in recruitment platforms, interviewing candidates, scheduling second interviews with hiring managers and the entire hiring process through separation.WHAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FORAs a member of our growing team, many of the duties include, but are not limited to the following:Recruiting potential candidatesCreate applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads through job boards, social media, state employment agencies, professional associations, colleges, and employee referral programsEvaluate applications, review resumes, conduct reference checks and employment verification, process background checks and complete interviews to establish a narrow candidate poolManage applicant tracking system and update applicant statuses to ensure data reportingConducts new hire orientation virtually or onsite to introduce HR policies and proceduresCoordinate with all markets to resolve onboarding issuesOnboard and transition new hires to markets by partnering with Managers and Office ManagerAssist in maintaining and updating employee-focused google sheetsCollaborate on a variety of HR projects and initiativesServes as a resource to the employees and leadership in all aspects of the hiring processREQUIREMENTSWHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFULBachelor's degree-preferred or relevant recruiting and onboarding experience2+ years experience with Human Resources, Recruiting and OnboardingKnowledge of ATS/HRIS systems, preferredZOHO knowledge, but not requiredDemonstrate great attention to detail, creativity and problem solvingComfortable in a high volume recruiting, hiring 3-4 people per weekExperience in a high volume recruiting setting - nationwide marketsTelecommunications, construction, and manufacturing experience preferred but not requiredBilingual (English/Spanish)BENEFITSCompany Paid Short Term and Long-Term DisabilityCompany Paid Life/Accidental Death InsuranceSix (6) Paid Company Observed HolidaysThree (3) Sick days per yearVacation Program, Starting with 1 week first year401K, non-company matchingExciting social scene and livelyRobust Referral Program!
