About the role
Mission is a New York staffing firm that places talent in financial services and Investment Management space. We’re hiring 2026 graduates who want a career in recruiting and want their income to reflect their effort.
You’ll join our Temporary & Consulting Services team and learn the full recruiting cycle from experienced recruiters. You’ll start with real job orders from established financial institution clients, so you spend your time recruiting from day one.
What you’ll do
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and our database
- Screen candidates by phone and assess skills, experience, and fit
- Match candidates to open job orders from our clients
- Submit candidates, manage interviews, and follow through to placement
- Stay in close contact with candidates and consultants while they’re on assignment
- Work with your team and our sales colleagues to fill orders quickly

- A bachelor’s degree, graduating in 2026 (any major)
- Competitive, self-motivated, and money driven
- Strong communication skills and comfort making calls all day
- Resilient, organized, and quick to learn
- Interest in finance, banking, or insurance is a plus, but not required
- Internship, sales, customer service, or athletics experience is a plus
