Job Title: Recruiting Advisor

Shift/Hours/Days: Full-time, onsite in King, NC; generally Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with evening and weekend overtime as needed

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, interview, and recruit candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and permanent opportunities.

Support high-volume staffing needs for manufacturing, warehouse, forklift, and related positions.

Coordinate candidate interviews, onboarding, pre-employment requirements, and start dates.

Communicate with client contacts to clarify open positions, schedules, and candidate qualifications.

Maintain accurate candidate, employee, and client records in recruiting systems, including TempWorks Beyond.

Follow up with candidates and placed employees to support communication, retention, and service.

Manage competing staffing orders and changing priorities while meeting recruiting and placement goals.

What You’ll Bring

Experience with high-volume recruiting, candidate screening, or interviewing; staffing experience is a plus.

Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial roles is preferred.

Strong communication, client service, organization, and time-management skills.

Ability to learn multiple systems, document details accurately, and manage a busy calendar.

A proactive, adaptable approach with the initiative to work independently and learn quickly.

Availability to work onsite in King and flex hours, including overtime and weekends when needed.

Compensation & Incentives

Starting pay of $21.00 per hour.

Quarterly incentive opportunities based on achieving branch performance goals.
