Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end hiring process, from launching searches to guiding candidates through interviews and final offers Build diverse talent pipelines using modern sourcing techniques and proactive community engagement Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requisitions and provide updates on pipeline health Required Qualifications: 2-5 years of high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technology, product, operations, and sales Direct experience with Workday ATS is required Advanced sourcing skills to engage passive talent through creative outreach Knowledge of modern US employment practices and strategies for inclusive hiring Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment
