Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
Location: 100% Onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.

Key Responsibilities for the Recruiter:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open positions across various departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and execute recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruiting activity within ATS, CRM, and HRIS platforms while ensuring data accuracy.
• Track recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring outcomes.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities, offer administration, and onboarding transitions.

Qualifications for the Recruiter:

• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience utilizing ATS, CRM, and HRIS platforms for recruiting and onboarding.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring priorities simultaneously.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and process improvement initiatives to drive results.
