Superior provides the highest quality care in emergencies and scheduled medical transports.ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:The full life-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, assessment, selection, perform background checks and extend offers of employmentAdminister new employee onboarding and assist with OrientationPost positions and source candidates utilizing job posting websites, job boards, social media, professional networking and cold callingCollaborate with the HR and Management teams to develop effective recruitment strategiesParticipation in career fairs and special events as neededEnsure compliance with all regulations, policies and best practices related to recruitment, hiring and employmentPrepare information and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trendsQualificationsQualifications:Ability to work independently and also collaborate with the recruitment team, in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsKnowledge of Human Resources and employment laws, regulations and best practices for recruitment and hiringAbility to learn quickly and adapt to changeAble to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyProficient with MS Office and ability to adapt to new systems.Preferred:Bachelor's / Associates degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.One (1) year of recruitment experience.
