Recruiter PositionClayton Services is searching for a Recruiter to join a well-established last-mile delivery and logistics company in the Houston area. The Recruiter will manage active inbound calls from drivers, pitching company projects, and converting interested callers into active drivers.Job Type: Direct Hire Pay Rate: Negotiable annual salary plus commission (depending on experience) Benefits: Medical insurance and advancement opportunitiesRecruiter Responsibilities:Manage active inbound phone calls from drivers inquiring about open positions and project workDelivering pitches regarding company culture, stability, and project advantages to convert leads to active driversCollaborate closely with dispatch and logistics teams to rapidly scale up operations for new projectsAssist with high-volume onboarding coordination during periods to meet strict project deadlinesServe as a professional, mature, and supportive point of contact for the driver networkMaintain a results-driven focus to consistently meet or exceed driver acquisition targetsAdapt to flexible hours and extended days when critical project demands ariseRecruiter Skills and Abilities:Fully bilingual fluency in English and SpanishStrong verbal communication and persuasive sales skillsMature, confident, and highly professional phone presenceExceptional self-motivation and a competitive, results-oriented mindsetStrong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressureAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth team environmentRecruiter Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum 1–3 years of professional sales or logistics experiencePrevious experience or a strong interest in the supply chain and logisticsStrong communication and sales-minded capabilities are prioritizedProven ability to work successfully in an environment requiring accountability and direct resultsRecruiter - Immediate need.
