Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist)

To support a growing team, the full-time Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist) will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and building candidate relationships, while working remotely during EST hours. Key responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies Source and engage qualified candidates through various channels, ensuring a positive candidate experience Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and outcomes Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance Strong skills in candidate sourcing, networking, and engagement Experience conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
