Pay rate: $25–$30/hour

Hybrid: 3 days/week in office

LHH is looking for a Recruiter for a Healthcare organization in Springfield, MA. This will support high-volume hiring across a variety of business areas. This position will focus heavily on reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens and interviews, and supporting day-to-day recruiting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Review and screen incoming resumes
• Conduct candidate phone screens and interviews
• Evaluate candidates against position requirements
• Support multiple high-volume recruiting pipelines
• Coordinate recruiting activities and candidate communication
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation

Qualifications:

• 1–2 minimum years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Prior phone screening and interviewing experience
• Exposure to recruiting operations and candidate management
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Organized and comfortable managing a high volume of candidates xhqgsiq

Pay: $25–$30/hour

Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite

Employment Type: Open-ended temporary assignment with potential to become permanent
