What You'll Do
- Identify and engage qualified professionals through LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals, and networking
- Build relationships with candidates and understand their experience, motivations, and career objectives
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and identify the right talent
- Manage candidates throughout the interview, offer, and placement process
- Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and active search priorities
- Collaborate with other recruiters to share candidates, opportunities, and market intelligence
