Recruiter Position at Ascentec EngineeringAscentec Engineering is hiring a Recruiter! We're looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated professional to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in attracting and hiring top talent to support our expanding operations in Tualatin and Dallas, Oregon.As a Recruiter at Ascentec Engineering, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process—from creating and posting job opportunities to sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates through the pre-employment process.
