WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Communicate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and find the best match
- Select IT specialists of middle/senior level (Frontend/Fullstack/Backend/QA, etc.)
- Lead candidates at all stages of selection
- Coordinate onboarding of new employees and assist with adaptation
- Optimize and improve the hiring process
- Participate in other HR projects (HR branding, event organization, training, etc.)
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Experience in recruiting from 3 years
- Experience in searching for specialists in different sources (hh, LinkedIn, Github, thematic chats/forums, etc.).
- Knowledge of English from Upper-Intermediate level
