Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist — Manufacturing
3+month contract | Remote (U.S.) | $24-25/hour | Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. ET
Must be U.S.-based and able to work Eastern Time hours.
We’re hiring a manufacturing recruiter to manage full-cycle, high-volume hiring for our customer in New York. You’ll partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to recruit for high volume manufacturing roles.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates; support onboarding.
- Develop recruiting strategies with hiring managers.
- Write and post engaging job descriptions.
- Coordinate interviews and share regular pipeline updates and metrics.
- Support candidate engagement and employer branding while following employment laws and company policies.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and updating candidate files
Requirements
- 2+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience.
- Manufacturing recruiting experience required.
- Experience hiring across technical and leadership levels.
- Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms.
- ATS and Microsoft Office experience; excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with reliable high-speed internet.
