About the Company and Opportunity:
- Our client is a non-profit in DC/VA who is one of the oldest non-profits in the area!
- Due to a leave, the client is looking to bring on a Recruiter to work hybrid in Alexandria, VA.
- This role is hybrid (4 days in, 1 day remote)
- Pay: $28-$33/hr
- Schedule is Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
Overview of the Recruiter role:
- Oversee all functions and operations of recruiting
- Recruiting for direct service providers ie. CNAs
- Post AD's to attract quality candidates for different level positions
- Interview and screen all qualified candidates
- Handle all aspects of onboarding and offboarding staff
- Focus on retention by offering employee feedback and employee review processes
Preferred Qualifications for the Recruiter:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Non-profit recruiting is a plus
- Experience with Paycom is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
