This remote contract role supports a customer project by applying recruiting, sourcing, assessment, and market-research expertise to improve how AI systems learn, reason, and perform.

• Use advanced sourcing strategies to identify qualified professionals across diverse platforms and talent pools.
• Screen and evaluate resumes against project-specific requirements.
• Facilitate structured interviews and provide actionable insights that improve selection outcomes.
• Research job markets to inform project decisions and optimize resource allocation.
• Use persuasive, consultative communication and sales skills to engage prospective contributors.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine project scope and candidate profiles based on market trends.
• Document findings clearly in written reports and verbal presentations.

• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and assessment.
• Expertise in resume screening, interviewing, and dynamic job markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and clarity.
• A consultative, sales-oriented approach to engaging professionals.
• Experience working remotely and independently managing deliverables.
• Ability to adapt to changing project needs and provide strategic insights.
• Experience with AI-driven projects or data-driven environments is a plus.

• $30 to $42 per hour.
