What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across specialist Life Sciences vacancies.
• Sourcing and engaging highly skilled professionals within Biotech Manufacturing, Cell & Gene Therapy and related Life Sciences markets.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates across your specialist sector.
• Conducting candidate qualification calls, screening interviews and reference checks.
• Supporting candidates through the interview process, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Generating referrals and growing your network through proactive market engagement and relationship building.
• Working closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams to understand hiring requirements and deliver against client needs.
• Attending networking events, industry functions and client meetings where required.
• Identifying market intelligence, candidate trends and potential business opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and activity within our CRM and recruitment systems.
• Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What We're Looking For

• Experience within agency recruitment.
• Previous experience recruiting within Life Sciences, Engineering, Technical or Contract Staffing environments is highly desirable.
• Strong sourcing and candidate generation skills.
• Confidence building relationships and engaging candidates over the phone and through networking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and resilient approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how recruitment activity converts into placements and revenue.
• A motivated, ambitious mindset with a desire to develop your career within a high-growth business.
