We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs. Manage recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities Proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach Conduct phone screens and candidate evaluations to assess qualifications and fit Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM
