By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, and quality.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track and manage candidate flow.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.Conduct pre-employment checks, including background checks and drug screens, in compliance with company policy and regulations.Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote company brand and attract talent.Recommended Qualifications3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environmentProven ability to recruit for a wide range of roles, from shop floor to engineering and managementStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific skill setsExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologiesDemonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managersBonus QualificationsExperience with a major ATS (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) beyond basic data entry.Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates in highly specialized technical fields.Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and affirmative action plans.Prior experience recruiting for skilled trades (e.g., electricians, machinists, welders).Job Titles That Should ApplyTalent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiting Coordinator, HR Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, Agency Recruiter, Corporate Recruiter, Sourcer, Talent Partner, Recruitment Consultant, HeadhunterWhy The Pivot Group NetworkThe Pivot Group Network was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
