Job Title: Talent Acquisition Consultant / Recruiter

Location: Paramus, NJ – Hybrid

Duration: 6 Months

Schedule: 20 Hours/Week

Pay Rate: $70–$75/hour DOE

Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and recruiting priorities.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Recruit for a variety of corporate, commercial, scientific, and technical positions.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, or corporate recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment and partnering directly with hiring managers.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience working with ATS systems.
