Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of professional and technical positions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and identify and engage high-quality candidates.

The ideal candidate is a strong sourcer who enjoys finding hard-to-reach and niche talent, builds trusted relationships with hiring managers, and can independently manage the recruiting process from initial intake through offer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional and mid-level positions, from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
• Identify talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, social media, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Conduct candidate screens to evaluate experience, qualifications, career interests, and overall alignment with the position.
• Coordinate and support structured interviews throughout the selection process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure an efficient and positive recruiting experience.
• Support offer development and negotiations based on compensation guidelines and candidate expectations.
• Track recruiting activity and metrics, including time-to-fill and sourcing effectiveness.
• Develop effective job postings and contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Support inclusive recruiting practices and efforts to attract a broad and highly qualified candidate pool.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive or difficult-to-find candidates.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, ATS platforms, and other recruiting tools.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.

Preferred Experience

• Combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience.
