Recruitment SpecialistEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plansCreate and publish job ads in various portalsNetwork with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during eventsCollaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employeesScreen resumes and job applicationsConduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidatesInterview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hireDesign, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveysTrain and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methodsHost and participate in job fairsFollow up with candidates throughout the hiring processMaintain a database of potential candidates for future job openingsAdhere to and represent the company's values and behaviors as defined by the TPIMission, Core Values, and CompetenciesEducation/ Skills/ Experience:Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, communications, marketing, or public relations and two years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education or experience.Bilingual in Spanish/EnglishPrevious experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar roleHands-on experience with large job sites, such as LinkedIn and other aggregatorsKnowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn and FacebookFamiliarity with applicant tracking systemsStrong interpersonal skillsGood written and verbal communications skillsProven success working in a collaborative, supportive team environmentAbout Us:TPI Composites is a global provider of structural composites products and the largest U.S. based independent manufacturer of composites wind blades to major turbine manufacturers in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
