in building the fastest blockchain in the world.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying, engaging, and closing top tier Web 3 talent globally (US, EMEA, APAC), conveying to them the unique mission and culture we've built at Sei Development FoundationRun thoughtful, personalized outbound campaigns to passive talentBuild and maintain pipelines across multiple open roles, focusing on quality and speedWork closely with the hiring team to understand role requirements and candidate profilesAct as a candidate's first point of contact and provide a great candidate experienceTrack sourcing metrics and iterate based on what's workingRecruiting coordination including scheduling and maintaining up-to-date ATS recordsRequirementsExperience recruiting within a web3 startup building teams globallyDeep understanding of the current Web 3 talent market, ideally hiring at either L1/L2sStrong research and outreach skills, with the ability to quickly ramp up on new rolesExcellent communication and organizational skillsA history of building deep, trusted relationships with hiring managers in an early startup environmentPassion for the wide-ranging use cases and impact of crypto on the future of financeEvidence of being relentless in professional challenges and accomplishmentsResourceful, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguityExperience working independently in a hybrid and async environmentComfortable using sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, X Jobs, Ashby)
