Recruiter

Client in the healthcare space is looking to hire a recruiter with 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong sourcing experience.

Onsite in NYC 3-4 days/week

Hours: 9am - 5pm

Salary: 80k - 100k plus bonus potential

Recruiter Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, for Physical Therapist roles.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and achieve hiring targets.
• Provide insights on market trends, candidate expectations, and competitor activities.
• Contribute to the team’s success by sharing best practices and innovative ideas.

Recruiter Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Proven expertise in proactive sourcing and outbound recruiting methods.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of successful placements.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience with ATS management and data-driven recruitment strategies.
• Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred but not required.
