Responsible for driving the recruiting strategy and full-cycle processes for all functions, and levels of the organization.This role will act as a trusted advisor and partner to Sotheby's technology team and leadership, as well as to the broader HR team to reach our recruiting goals.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary talent partner for the technology team (across engineering, product, program/project management and design) in addition to other functions (including SAP, IT, InfoSec, etc) owning full-cycle recruitment for roles across levels.Collaborate with our product, technology, and operations leadership teams, and cross-functional partners to identify areas of talent needs and help craft strategic plans to meet hiring goalsPartner closely with hiring managers to drive a fast and efficient full-lifecycle interview process from sourcing through on-site interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing candidatesLeverage and improve on existing recruiting and sourcing channels, such as employee referrals, sourcing tools and networks to find, attract and hire the best talent for Sotheby'sDeliver on our diversity recruiting strategy and goalsFoster a data-driven recruiting approach, leveraging analytics to provide insight and decision support for the teamAct as a brand ambassador and steward of Sotheby's; both internally and externally selling our business and creating a great experience for both internal employees and external talentManage the candidate experience end-to-end, with focus on creating a stellar and streamlined candidate experience for every roleCreative mindset in approaching new and innovative Talent Acquisition best practices using AIIdeal Experience & CompetenciesBachelor's degree required3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, technical recruiting experience requiredProven experience working with technical leadership end-to-end through the recruiting processProven ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects and client relationshipsA solution-oriented business partner, with knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and programsDemonstrated ability to function as a collaborative partner across the broader People Operations organizationStrong written and verbal communication skillsPassion around social media, Internet research, and employer brandingExperience incorporating AI tools into recruiting processes to improve sourcing, candidate identification, and overall hiring efficiencyThe proposed base salary for this position ranges from $80,000-$100,000.
In addition to base salary successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus, as well as a competitive benefits package. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
