Recruiter

Our client is looking for a full-cycle Recruiter to hire licensed clinicians. The work is high-volume and mostly outbound: you’ll find talent, build relationships, create a pipeline from scratch, and close candidates in a competitive market. You’ll manage each search end-to-end, from initial outreach through the accepted offer, and you’ll be accountable for hiring results.

Duties:

• Manage the full recruiting process, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offer negotiation, and close
• Build pipeline proactively through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, events, schools, and creative sourcing instead of waiting on applicants
• Tailor the opportunity to what matters most to each candidate
• Stay in touch with passive candidates who aren’t ready to move yet
• Work with clinical and operations leaders to understand what they need and turn it into a search plan
• Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process
• Track your own pipeline, conversion, offers, acceptances, and hires, and adjust your approach based on the data
• Share what you’re hearing in the market, including compensation expectations, competitor activity, and candidate feedback

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including agency experience, in a high-volume environment
• A track record of outbound sourcing
• Strong closing skills, including negotiating and handling objections
• A history of meeting or exceeding placement or hiring targets
• Persistence and resourcefulness on difficult searches
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring leaders
• Comfort working with metrics
• Healthcare or clinician recruiting experience is a plus, but the ability to learn a market quickly matters just as much

Schedule and Compensation:

• Hybrid, in the New York City office 3-4 days per week
• $80,000-$100,000 base salary, plus bonus
