Position Overview

Our client, a rapidly growing organization in Nashville, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its expanding Talent Acquisition team. This position will support high-volume hiring across multiple locations and hiring managers, with a primary focus on hourly and field-based positions.

The ideal candidate enjoys recruiting, is confident engaging candidates over the phone, and can independently manage a busy requisition load. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative recruiting team within an organization experiencing significant growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer
• Recruit for a variety of high-volume hourly and field-based positions
• Manage approximately 15–25 open requisitions simultaneously
• Partner with multiple hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Source candidates through job boards, databases, and other recruiting platforms
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Engage applicants who may have limited resumes or incomplete applications to gather additional information
• Coordinate candidates throughout the interview and hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the ATS
• Support hiring processes involving background screenings and regulated positions
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong candidate and hiring manager communication
• Proactively generate candidate flow when applicant volume is limited

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Full-cycle recruiting experience required
• High-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing multiple open positions and hiring managers simultaneously
• Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development skills
• Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day speaking with candidates
• Strong ability to evaluate resumes, applications, and candidate qualifications
• ATS experience required
• Experience using job boards and sourcing platforms
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruiting activity
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience recruiting for hourly or blue-collar populations is strongly preferred, particularly:
• CDL and non-CDL drivers
• Transportation and logistics
• Mechanics
• Skilled trades
• Field service
• Warehouse or yard operations
• Other high-volume hourly positions
• Experience with Tenstreet or recruiting for DOT-regulated positions is a plus but not required.

Schedule

This position is fully onsite in Nashville, TN. The team offers flexibility around start times, with schedules generally beginning between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
