The Opportunity

IFCC is seeking an experienced, motivated, and relationship-driven Recruiter to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys the challenge of identifying exceptional talent, building meaningful relationships, and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our aviation staffing operations, partnering with internal leaders and external clients, developing talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, and placement coordination.
• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, online recruiting platforms, and existing talent databases.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and anticipated client staffing needs.
• Build trusted relationships with internal leadership, hiring managers, external clients, and candidates.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand staffing requirements, qualifications, timelines, and expectations.
• Prepare professional candidate profiles and recommendations for internal leadership and external clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate information within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Manage job postings across LinkedIn, aviation-specific job boards, and other recruiting platforms.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and key performance metrics to support timely hiring decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, recruiting processes, and overall hiring efficiency.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain consistent candidate communication, and help facilitate successful hiring outcomes.
• Ensure recruiting practices align with applicable employment laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Demonstrated success in proactive candidate sourcing, headhunting, and relationship development.
• Experience supporting multiple requisitions and managing competing recruiting priorities.
• Strong experience using applicant tracking systems; Bullhorn experience preferred.
• Experience in aviation, technical, specialized staffing, or recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, clients, and executive leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies, improving processes, and managing recruiting performance metrics.
