Recruiter PositionWe are looking for a Recruiter to lead hiring efforts for specialized roles supporting the aviation, aerospace, and avionics industries. This position will oversee the recruitment lifecycle from talent identification through offer coordination, with a focus on technical, engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, and administrative openings. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing capability, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hiring environment.Responsibilities:Direct end-to-end recruitment activities for a range of positions, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through candidate selection and hiring completion.Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and operational roles across aviation, aerospace, and avionics functions.Partner with hiring managers to define position needs, align on candidate profiles, and provide market-informed guidance throughout the search process.Use creative sourcing methods to identify candidates with relevant experience through databases, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.Manage high-volume recruiting demands while maintaining a positive candidate experience and consistent communication at each stage.Track applicant activity, interview progress, and hiring outcomes within the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records and reporting.Screen candidates to evaluate experience, technical fit, and overall alignment with role requirements before advancing them in the process.Coordinate interviews, support offer preparation, and help drive timely hiring decisions to meet business staffing goals.
