Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring for a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role will serve as a trusted recruiting partner to onsite leaders, providing consultative support, workforce planning guidance, and full-cycle recruitment services across a variety of manufacturing, operations, engineering, and skilled technical positions. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner supporting a manufacturing site and its leadership team.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, operations leaders, and HR partners to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high-volume portfolio of manufacturing, operations, engineering, maintenance, and support roles.
- Partner with leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies and workforce plans that support business objectives.
- Proactively identify hiring challenges, talent gaps, and workforce trends, recommending solutions to improve hiring outcomes.
- Maintain a strong onsite presence to support hiring managers, strengthen partnerships, and stay connected to evolving business needs.
- Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines for both immediate and future hiring demands.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, coordination, and follow-through.
- Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and pipeline performance while maintaining accurate data within recruiting systems.
- Partner closely with HR and business leaders to support onboarding and successful candidate transitions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruiting efficiency, hiring quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume hiring environments.
- Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, operations, supply chain, or related sectors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions, competing priorities, and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Highly proactive approach with the ability to anticipate hiring needs and solve problems independently.
- Strong communication, consulting, and influencing skills.
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies.
- Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and leverage data to support hiring decisions.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with regular onsite presence and engagement with leadership teams.
