Recruiter- Life Science

This is a hybrid opportunity in NYC (Chelsea)

We are seeking a 360 Recruiter to join our Life Sciences division in a high-impact role that combines full-cycle recruitment with business development ownership. This position is designed for a proven performer who thrives in a metrics-driven environment and is motivated by building both client partnerships and candidate networks within the Life Sciences sector.

This is not a delivery-only role. You will be responsible for driving revenue, developing new business, and owning the full recruitment lifecycle—from client acquisition through successful placement.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment in a 360 capacity, including both candidate placement and client acquisition
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the Life Sciences sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Conduct interviews via phone and in-person
• Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify high-caliber candidates
• Engage and nurture passive candidates
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Meet and exceed individual recruitment and sales quotas

Qualifications

• Proven success within the Life Sciences field, including recruiting and/or business development
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build client relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
• High energy, resilience, and a passion for both recruiting and sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets

Base Salary 75-85K with Commission up to 37.5%
