• Key member of the Recruitment team supporting a dedicated Recruiter.
• Combines sales, candidate engagement, and administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with recruiter to support placement and gross profit goals.
• Conduct candidate prospecting and prepare profiles for submissions.
• Maintain documentation and provide high-level service.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with recruitment systems like Target Recruit.
