I’m working on a unique opportunity with a highly successful, boutique legal search practice focused exclusively on placing partners and of counsel at top Am Law 50 firms.
This is not your typical recruiting role; you’ll be working on high-stakes, high-value placements with clients at the very top of the market. The work is challenging, strategic, and requires someone who truly understands the legal space and knows how to navigate complex partner-level moves.
Fully remote (work from home)
Base salary around $120K + paid health insurance

Requirements
- 3+ years of legal recruiting experience
- Strong understanding of law firm structures and partner moves
