What You’ll Do:
• Own full-cycle recruiting, from intake through offer
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, hiring events, and community outreach
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, availability, and fit
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and support interview and selection decisions
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system
• Deliver a positive, respectful candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Operations and Supply Chain.
• Strong sourcing capabilities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
