This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys relationship building, and can balance high-volume recruiting with strong administrative execution.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer negotiationUtilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate activity and maintain accurate recordsSupport hiring efforts for temporary, contract, and permanent positionsBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-volume recruiting needsPartner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring prioritiesConduct internet recruiting and leverage job boards, social media, and networking strategies to source talentCoordinate and participate in recruiting events and college recruiting initiativesMaintain relationships with staffing partners and external recruiting resourcesEnsure compliance with employment laws, hiring regulations, and company policiesQualifications/Background ProfileBackground recruiting for electrical or construction-focused organizationsProven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment workflowsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFamiliarity with ADP or similar HR/recruiting softwareBilingual Spanish-speaking abilities are highly desiredSparks Group is an equal opportunity employer.
