To support a growing team, the remote Contract Recruiter III will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, and develop sourcing strategies while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Key responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, networking, and market research Monitor recruiting metrics and continuously improve recruiting processes for operational excellence Required qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in complex organizations 3+ years of experience recruiting for technology roles, including software engineering and cybersecurity Demonstrated success managing a high-volume requisition portfolio of 30-35 concurrent searches Proficiency with MS 365, ATS, RMS, and recruiting analytics tools; Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience preferred Bachelor's degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
