Key responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting from initial intake through offer acceptance Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and priorities Source and screen qualified candidates, presenting them to hiring managers for selection Required qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Operations and Supply Chain Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage talent Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
