Recruiter

Salary: $60,000–$70,000

We’re seeking a motivated Recruiter to join a growing organization and take ownership of full-cycle recruiting across both corporate and field-based positions. What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open positions

• Source, screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop effective recruiting strategies

• Create and manage job postings across recruiting platforms

• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and offers

• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting metrics, and ATS documentation

• Collaborate with HR and leadership to continuously improve the hiring experience

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of recruiting experience , ideally with full-cycle exposure

• Experience within construction, homebuilding, manufacturing, or a related industry is a plus

• Comfortable sourcing candidates and utilizing ATS/recruiting platforms

• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
