- Run recruitment for 5-6 concurrent open roles, from sourcing and screening to offer.
- Join intake meetings to understand role needs and coordinate interviews and feedback.
- Keep Lever pipeline data accurate and contribute to employer branding.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience, in-house or agency.
- Hands-on sourcing comfort with passive candidates and ATS experience, Lever preferred.
- Fluent Arabic and English, with familiarity with the Saudi/MENA market a strong plus.
