We are National Anesthesia Services, Inc., a high-volume staffing agency that places advanced practice nurses and physicians across the country on temporary (locum) job assignments. We also do permanent placement, but locum placement is the bread and butter of our business. Our agency is highly regarded in our industry, and we have a reputation for excellence and integrity. We're looking for individuals that possess those same values to join our team as Recruiters.

As one of our Recruiters, you can expect your day-to-day duties to include:
* Full-desk recruiting; you'll manage the candidate process from initial inquiry through the end of their assignment
* Creating, writing, and updating job ads
* Sourcing candidates through incoming and outgoing calls, e-mail and text
* Reviewing candidate resumes and conducting phone screens prior to placement
* Negotiating rates, travel and lodging expenses and other general contract terms as they apply to each placed provider's assignment; no two contracts are the same!
