Key responsibilities Create talent acquisition strategies and provide guidance to hiring managers Source and manage candidates through the entire talent acquisition process Organize marketing campaigns on job boards and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners Required qualifications 2-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting Proven ability to source candidates and manage the interview process Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Excellent project management skills in a fast-paced environment Work authorization in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
