Job Description:
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
? Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across assigned locations, ensuring rapid turnaround and a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers
? Maintain accurate candidate records, dispositions, and requisition data in the ATS to ensure clean, reportable pipelines
? Produce and distribute recurring recruiting reports (e.g., daily pipeline standard reports) and support ad hoc hiring data requests
? Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service through rapid follow-through and prioritized urgency
? Support key recruiting projects and onboarding of recruiters, aligning coordinator workflows with broader team and HR initiatives
? Leverage AI applications and modern recruiting platforms to streamline scheduling, communication, and reporting

? Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage high interview and requisition volume without error
? Problem-solving abilities to navigate scheduling conflicts and process challenges of varying complexity

Minimum Requirements:
? Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
? Minimum Experience: Experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or high-volume hiring operations
? Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with:
1) Professional ATS and recruiting/scheduling platforms
2) Data interpretation tools to maintain and report hiring efficiency
