Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a long-term contract position based in Georgia. This role will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on building candidate pipelines, managing high-volume hiring needs, and identifying talent with experience in construction-related roles. The ideal candidate brings a proactive sourcing mindset, strong applicant tracking system experience, and the ability to engage effectively with both hiring teams and candidates, including Spanish-speaking talent pools.Responsibilities:• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding support.• Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and market outreach strategies.• Manage multiple open requisitions in a high-volume environment while maintaining speed, quality, and candidate experience.• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting strategies to business priorities.• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools to organize workflows, track candidate progress, and maintain accurate hiring records.• Source and attract candidates for construction and related operational roles using targeted search methods and community-based outreach.• Conduct candidate screenings and present talent with clear insights on experience, fit, and availability.• Support recruiting operations tied to process or platform updates when needed, ensuring continuity and efficiency across hiring activities.l
