We seek to build a team of experts in tax and technology who are customer advocates and have the mindset to reimagine the services our customers receive.Position Summary:The Seasonal Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process to include but not limited to; sourcing talent through various channels/tools, conducting initial phone screens, coordinating interviews with hiring managers and team members, preparing interview materials and debriefs, extending offers of employment, negotiating salary and benefits, communicating with new hires prior to start date, orienting new employees on their first day, and tracking metrics related to the recruiting function.
The Seasonal Recruiter will also serve as a liaison between candidates and management throughout the selection process.
