Seeking a full-time Recruiter - Contact Center, this hybrid position based in Midvale, UT will manage high-volume recruiting efforts, including posting job ads, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process with leadership. Key responsibilities Maintain a high volume of requisitions, applicants, and interviews to meet time-sensitive hiring goals Assess candidates for sales aptitude and customer service orientation while communicating job expectations Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a contact center or high-volume sales environment Bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and Applicant Tracking Systems, with Workday experience a plus Strong business acumen and a track record of delivering results in a growth-oriented environment Experience with innovative recruiting methods and behavioral-based interviewing techniques
