This role is a team position, meaning all work involves at least one other teammate (usually 3-4) and collaboration is essential.ResponsibilitiesReview resumes for skills, experience, education and required certificationsContact applicants by phone, email, text to set up interviews or gain additional informationConduct interviews by phone or video for current assignments and refer candidates to managersSchedule interviews for managers and follow up on feedback and recommendationsCommunicate clearly with candidates and managers throughout the hiring processOrder appropriate background checks, drug screens, verifications as requiredExtend approved verbal/written offers and respond to candidate questions and negotiation, with support from the ManagerRespond to requests from Ross locations to post and source for openings. Contribute to marketing discussions and writing of job adsBe aware of employment law related to recruiting and stay abreast of changesAssist with new hire onboarding efforts and employee termination processBecome a Paycom expert for Talent AcquisitionServe as key resource for managers regarding recruiting related questions, escalating to Sr.

Recruiter or VP as needed.Share information with our team on employee needs, LOAs, absence and/or performance concerns, special requests, and "good news" of RossAssist with data or update projects within Paycom or other recruiting toolsEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresAid the VP of TA and D and Senior Recruiter as neededAssist with HR team processes such as employee recordkeepingOther duties as assignedBenefitsHealth, Dental & Vision InsurancePaid Time Off401(k)Life InsuranceTuition ReimbursementMonthly Pay - Direct DepositRecruiter Requirements2 or more years of experience working in Talent Acquisition in either 3rd party recruiting or internal HR teamBachelor's or associate degree preferredStrong background in interviewing applicants and making recommendations to managersGeneral knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices with excellent attention to detailMust be ready willing and able to jump into action, get on the phone and keep a consistent schedule of production – can't hang back or let the call go to voicemailExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionExperience with Paycom a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills especially on the phone or on videoDemonstrate professionalism in manner, dress and conduct as a representative of RossAdherence to Ross Code of Conduct and Professional EthicsMust have sufficient ability to move around the buildingMust have sufficient visual and auditory ability to operate computer equipment, use telephone, read materials, and office equipment.
