As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in helping us find and attract top talent to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various positions within the companyPartner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the position requirementsUtilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidatesScreen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidatesConduct reference and background checks for selected candidatesNegotiate job offers and assist with onboarding process for new hiresBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continuously improve our recruitment processesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the technology industryProven track record of successfully filling various positions at all levels within a companyStrong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR softwareUnderstanding of employment laws and regulationsProfessional and positive attitudeWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
