Recruiter (Branch Banking)A global financial services company is seeking a Recruiter (Branch Banking) on a long-term temporary basis. Duration: 6 months Locations: Chicago, Delaware, Tampa, Tempe, Jacksonville, ColumbusKey Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruiting process, create and implement recruiting strategiesProvide guidance to hiring managers on recruiting processes, controls and policies and provide meaningful market data in support of client needsSource and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channelsEvaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback on candidates to refine recruiting strategy as applicablePartner with senior management, HR colleagues, and finance to anticipate upcoming needs and strategize pipelinesProactively share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline the process for the clientDemonstrate expert level of understanding of recruiting needs by participating in client meetings, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for areas of recruiting responsibility as well as managing hiring manager/candidate expectationsProvide a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the recruitment process; share manager feedback and appropriately disposition all candidatesEducate candidates on the career growth potential, benefits, compensation philosophy and many advantages of employment, selling both the firm and the opportunityConduct appropriate compensation expectation conversations with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure closure of offersBasic Qualifications:• Minimum three years of full life-cycle recruiting experience and/or agency recruiting experience strongly preferred.• Experience recruiting and supporting multiple lines of business.• Must be able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities.• Strong customer service and consultative skill with an emphasis on creating a positive experience.• Must be detail oriented and familiar with recruiting compliance requirements to minimize risk to the organization.• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.• Significant knowledge sourcing and maintaining relationships with diverse candidate pool.• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities and initiatives.• Must be innovative, creative and results oriented with strong organization and follow through skills.• Comprehensive experience with MS Office.• Experience with Taleo or other complex applicant tracking system.• Experience in financial services, consulting or consumer driven industries, specifically payments industry, are strongly preferred.• Bachelor's degree preferred.
